I have a mount on the wallet from one year or so, and I contact thim to transfer the money but they were not supported, I went to the office in ryadh they said that I had to collect at least 500 SR to can get your money, I said that I lost my car and can not contenu working as a driver any more he said that is the policy and can not help you with a big smile, I think I will file a complaint with all concerned. Today is 10 of April 2022 and nothing happened, you people are just thieves

أسوأ شركة اتعاملت معها لا يوجد خدمة عملاء لا يوجد استرداد المبلغ من المحفظة لا يوجد رقم او اي وسيلة للتواصل وتم إرسال رسائل كتيره جدا في التطبيق لاسترداد مالي المستحق ولم يعبرني احد شركة نصابة نصابة نصابة نصيحة هتندم لو فكرت في العمل مع هذا التطبيق الفاشل والنصابين والله لو في أقل من نجمة كنت عطيت ما يستاهلون

Very bad service from support and office staff. Not caring for driver's, payment issues not solved in good condition. They made the wssel in its last position among delivery apps. Even earnings are not transferred to account in time. I stopped job with wssel after they failed to return my cash more than 500 riyal to my account, time and money wasting company .
